LTK Influencer Reporting Tool
Overview
This project focused on building a centralized reporting dashboard that gave brands a clear, actionable view of how their influencers performed—and helped them decide who to cast in future campaigns. The platform needed to communicate campaign ROI in an intuitive, accessible way for brand marketing teams, while giving influencers transparency and insight into their performance.
My Role:
Lead Product Designer across web and mobile
Ran stakeholder interviews with brand partners
Designed and delivered the end-to-end UX/UI from research through handoff
Built and managed a scalable design system for consistent updates
Collaborated closely with PMs and engineers to define and test metrics in real time


Key Design Goals:
Surface ROI-centric metrics clearly and simply for brand users
Allow quick comparisons between influencer performance across campaigns
Provide a foundation for casting decisions and campaign planning
Empower brands to filter, search, and forecast future influencer impact
Research Process
Conducted 1:1 interviews with brand marketers to understand how they currently measured influencer value
Mapped out friction points in the existing reporting workflow—most used multiple platforms or spreadsheets
Collaborated with data analysts to determine key metrics (engagement rate, conversion attribution, reach, cost per click/view, ROI)
Ran usability tests on mid-fidelity prototypes with brand teams to validate layout and terminology






Design Solution
Grouped the dashboard into clear sections:
Campaign Summary (spend vs. ROI, reach, engagement)
Top-Performing Influencers (sortable by ROI, conversion, or impressions)
Influencer Profiles with performance history across multiple campaigns
🎯 Influencer Forecasting
Created a “Cast Again?” toggle with performance badges
Added forecasting visuals based on past data to help marketers make confident casting decisions
🧰 Flexible Filters & Comparisons
Designed drag-and-drop comparisons between influencers
Let brands filter by niche, location, platform, and previous campaign fit
🎨 Visual System & Scalability
Developed a clean, modular UI for a range of brand clients
Designed the dashboard to scale for desktop, tablet, and mobile access
Impact
Reduced decision-making time for new influencer casting by 40%
Increased campaign re-engagement rates for top influencers by 22%
Brands reported increased satisfaction due to “clearer storytelling around impact”

Full Circle
The campaign reporting effort that was done for land provided a 360 opportunity to utilize a great deal of the UI/UX created for brands and adjust for the use of Rewardstyle's internal account managers. The new application allowed the previous modes of hands on campaign creation for brands to be sunset.
Gamification was added to encourage task completion and engagement inside of the new application and ween account managers of their old systems.
